FMGE 2025: Results Declared for Foreign Medical Graduates Examination

The FMGE consists of 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into two sessions:

• Session 1: 150 questions (150 minutes)
• Session 2: 150 questions (150 minutes)
  Each session has timed sections. For example, if the exam is divided into three sections (A, B, and C), candidates must answer 50 questions per section within a time limit of 50 minutes per section.

Purpose of the Exam

The FMGE is a biannual screening test conducted by the NBEMS for Indian citizens or overseas citizens with a primary medical qualification from a medical institution outside India. Passing this exam is mandatory to secure provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Councils.

Steps to Download FMGE 2025 Scorecard

Candidates can follow these steps to access their results:

1. Visit the official website: nbe.edu.in
2. Click on the “FMGE (Dec 2024)” link.
3. Log in using your credentials (application number and password).
4. Download and print your scorecard for future reference.
