The much-anticipated fourth season of Shark Tank India began with an explosive first episode featuring Gauri Varma, an entrepreneur from Delhi who pitched her confectionery brand, Confect, to the panel of sharks.    • Namita, sympathetic to Gauri’s U.S. success (₹8.5 crore in sales in 18 months), offered her ₹1 crore for 2% equity, contingent on balancing her focus between the Indian and U.S. markets. She also demanded a royalty until her investment was recouped.
