Originally, Dil Raju and Shankar planned to collaborate on Indian 2. However, due to production issues, they shifted focus to Game Changer. In February 2021, Ram Charan was confirmed as the lead, and the project was officially announced as RC15.
The principal photography began on 22 October 2021 at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. Filming locations spanned across Pune, Visakhapatnam, New Zealand, Mumbai, Amritsar, and Hyderabad.
The final schedule wrapped up in July 2024, marking the completion of this massive project.
Thaman S, known for his chartbuster hits, brings his magic to Game Changer. This marks his first collaboration with director Shankar and fourth collaboration with Ram Charan.
